Integrated markets

Integration models

At Latinex there are two integration models

  1. Remote operator:
This integration model allows Brokerage Firms, acting as Remote Operators or Foreign Brokerage Firms, to access and operate directly on the trading platforms of the Integrated Markets. This access is granted after meeting certain minimum requirements, and is based on agreements of recognized jurisdiction.
  2. Cross-border agreements:
This integration approach enables Brokerage Firms to indirectly access Integrated Markets through Cross-Border Agreements. Under this modality, operations are carried out through a counterparty in the foreign country, with the clearing and settlement of operations facilitated by the links established between the Custody Centers of the countries involved.
